2,4-Diaminobenzenesulfonic acid is an important dye intermediates.It is light white powder without  pungent odor and is soluble in sodium carbonate,ethanol,readily soluble in hot water,but slightly dissolved in water.As it is a reactive dye intermediates,so it  grows to be brown in the air

5. Production method

 Take m-phenylene diamine  as raw material.2,4-Diaminobenzenesulfonic acid is prepared by sulfonation of nitrating acid based on  sulfuric acid and fuming sulphuric acid .
